Designed with a net-zero energy goal, the project utilizes a 4’ x 4’ grid layout for CLT paneling, maximizing material efficiency and flexibility. Beyond residential units, the design incorporates communal spaces and recreational facilities, fostering a dynamic, multifunctional environment and reinforcing the project's commitment to sustainability.
